EYE TEST

What does the free* eye test at GrandOptical include?

The eye test is carried out in all GrandOptical stores, in a specially designed professional space equipped with modern technology, and is conducted exclusively by our specialised staff (optometrists). The test takes approximately 15–20 minutes and aims to determine whether corrective glasses are needed. The service is available to both adults and children who wish to check their vision for everyday eyewear.

*The eye test does not replace a comprehensive examination or a visit to an ophthalmologist for the diagnosis of medical conditions. A prescription cannot be issued, as this is provided exclusively by an ophthalmologist.

For an accurate vision measurement, you should avoid wearing contact lenses for up to 24 hours before and during the eye test. You may also bring your most recent pair of eyeglasses or your latest prescription with you.

Purchasing glasses after the test is not mandatory. The eye test is provided completely free of charge by GrandOptical, so you can choose -together with our specialists- the glasses that best suit your needs and style, from the wide collection available in every store.
